Time: Set up begins at 11:30 am
Meal begins right at 12:00 Noon – 2:00pm
(We’ll start eating right at noon, please arrive a little early)
Location: Grassy area near Martin's Dock, Lake Sacagawea. We will be near the large play structure on Kessler and 24th. It is a short walk past the bathrooms and play area to a big shade tree. This is the same place we were at last year.
What to Bring:
1. A large dish of food with serving spoon
2. A chair or blanket to sit on. There are no tables or seating in this area.
3. Also bring your own soda or water. Drinks will not be provided.
Bring your food ready to serve. If your dish needs a spoon, please bring that also. Bring an item you really want to eat, if you like chicken, bring a tub of chicken, if you like casseroles, bring a casserole, if you like desserts or fruit, bring a dessert, veggie or fruit tray. If you have a special diet, bring that special food for yourself and enough to share.
Provided: Napkins, plates, plastic silverware, 2 tables for food only, salt\pepper.
BRING a large food dish to share, your own chair and your own drink.
The picnic will be canceled if it rains. If the potluck is cancelled, it will be announced on the Forever Sign Facebook page.
