A l'initiative de l'un de nos plus jeunes adhérents, il vous est proposé un footing parent/enfant.
Au programme : échauffement collectif, footing tout niveau avec des boucles d'environ 2km, affrontement au 20 m sprint pour définir qui fait la vaisselle puis ravitaillement.
Un moment convivial en perspective dans un cadre sportif.
Départ à 10h au niveau du rond point de la commune de Barges (21910)
