Sunset Silent Yoga

Join us for a FREE yoga class on the Village Lawn with Gold's Gym Longmont and Sound Off Colorado, this will be our last Sunset Yoga class for this year! Enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunsets while you relax with silent yoga where you wear special headphones that allow you to hear both the instructor and music at the volume of your choice. Please bring your yoga mat, towel and water.
