The evaluator: Speech-Language Pathologist, Dyslexia Specialist, former Boston research lab dyslexia evaluator, former Seattle Children's team dyslexia evaluator.

The screening: Not meant to diagnose dyslexia or language-based learning disabilities, but to provide a research-based way to flag kids who might be at risk EARLY before they really start to struggle. Not every kid who is flagged at a screening has dyslexia or reading disorder, but knowing what kids *may* struggle more than peers changes the support we give at home and advocate for in school.

Possible tasks: Phonemic awareness, phonological working memory, rapid naming, letter knowledge, sentence repetition, word ID (1st/2nd), reading fluency (1st/2nd).
