As the seasons begin to shift, we often feel called to realign our mindset and attention. Join us for a nourishing evening of Sound Bath, guided visualization meditation, and intention setting to welcome clarity, vision, and personal abundance. While releasing any energy or beliefs that no longer serve you in this next season of life.

No experience or preparation necessary, come as you are! Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

Important Details

• Location: A beautiful indoor barn space
• Bring: Yoga mat, pillow, and a journal + pen for intention setting
• Provided: Soothing tea from Luminous Tea House in Longmont, lavender / unscented weighted eye pillows, and cozy blankets
• Dress: Comfy layers, pillows and PJ’s welcome
