Creativity Workshop - Botanical Sculpt and Paint
Let your creativity blossom this July at our Botanical Sculpt and Paint Workshop! Play is as central to our health and healing as nutrition and exercise. Let us guide you in your creative process where you can get your hands dirty and make your own unique polymer clay form. No experience necessary!

The talented art professor and creativity coach Kristi Backman will be leading this journey and I’ll be popping in to say hello and offer an optional stretch break both days. We hope you’ll join us!
