Connecting though Grief

Join us for a monthly grief support group designed to provide connection, healing, and support for those navigating the loss of a loved one.

Our monthly grief group is a supportive space where you can find connection and healing related to the loss of a loved one. We will work with somatic practices, the breath, our five senses, and relational connection with people and horses to explore our present-moment experience. In the same way, when we are grieving, we can give ourselves permission to be present with the full emotional range of our loss. Each group will also offer a circle for participants to check in and out, and provide useful social-emotional teachings around the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that we can experience with grief.


Cost: $35 per session
Advance registration is required. While you are welcome to attend as many sessions as you’d like, space is limited and pre-registration is necessary for each individual date.
