Barbelfish Balkan Band at Willow Farm

Barbelfish specializes in the music of Bulgaria and Macedonia, featuring the vocal harmonies of Julie Lancaster and Loren Uecker along with the instrumental virtuosity of Jesse Manno (percussion), James Hoskins (cello and gadulka), Steve Mullins (tambura, mandolin, and guitar) and Amy Self (clarinet and kaval). Barbelfish performs Balkan dance music , along with the hauntingly beautiful songs from this ancient musical tradition.

This is an afternoon matinee performance, planned for indoors with a very limited seating capacity (unless it happens to be a wonderful day in which case we might move outdoors under the willows).
