A Shamanic journey into the self.

I will be using the structure of a practise called 'binding the bones' (used in various indigenous cultures). You will be 'swaddled' in scarves and then I'll be using the drum and other instruments, supported by Samiloula' to take you on a 'journey' into your self.
This practise was originally used for women after childbirth, helping them to 'return' to their bodies/energies but here we will be using it as a 'return to the self', whatever that means for you.
You can just use it as an experience of being 'held', physically and emotionally, or go 'deep' in more specific ways, whatever is right for you.
