🌞 New! Sunday Summer Yin Yoga Mini Series

Special 3-week Yin Yoga series this summer with a different anatomical focus each week.

🌿Week 1, Sunday 20 July: Hips & Legs – Think glutes, hamstrings, hips and inner thighs.
🌿Week 2, Sunday 27 July: Spine & Side Body – Stretching into the back, waist and ribs to invite more ease through the spine.
🌿Week 3, Sunday 3 August: Shoulders & Chest – Opening the front body—great if you’re often at a desk or behind the wheel.

In each session, we’ll slow things down with long-held, floor-based postures that gently stretch into the connective tissues. It’s a chance to release tension, support healthy mobility, and help your body (and mind) feel a bit more open and at ease.

🗓️ You can come to all three (£27 for the series - save £6!), or drop in when it suits you (£11 drop-in).
📍 New venue: Crick Sports Centre, with plenty of free parking. NN6 7TF
🌿 NEOM essential oils will be diffused during practice.
No experience needed—just bring a mat, a few props if you have them, and your lovely self.
