This isn’t about how it looks. It’s about how it feels. This is not a choreography class, you freely express instead.

It’s a sacred space to feel, move, and BE — with your whole, authentic self.

Karuna curates a lush soundscape blending Afrobeats, Latin rhythms, meditative tones, and global grooves. Each session is a mystical invitation to drop in, tune in, and let the music take you where you need to go.

• Shake, sway, spin, sit, lie down, cry, smile, breathe.
• Dance or meditate. Be still or let go.
• There is no right or wrong way to participate.
