We’re taking National Oyster Day to the next level with four days of activations throughout Fairmont Breakers Long Beach. From rooftop pop-ups to bar pairings and chef specials, there's something for every oyster lover.

🎷 Thursday, August 7 – Alter Ego: The Oyster Affair

• $2 oysters until sold out
• Pair with smoky mezcal, creamy stout, or crisp prosecco

🍽 Friday, August 8 – Nettuno Oyster Specials

• Fresh oysters with Calabrian chili mignonette
• Oyster pasta with lemon, garlic & olive oil
• Braised short rib with spinach and oyster purée
