Drop-in Drawing: Kit Out Your Kicks with Oscar Daniel

This Drop-In Drawing session is all about kitting out your kicks with Oscar Daniel. Design a pair of sneakers to show-off around town, or style them with your festival fit for Warped Tour coming to Long Beach on July 26-27.

Thanks to a donation from Converse, limited quantities and sizes of white Converse high-tops will be available for free on a first come, first serve basis. All other design supplies will be provided.

About Oscar Daniel

Oscar Daniel is a multidisciplinary artist and educator from Los Angeles. His work spans painting, fashion, and street-influenced surfaces—ranging from traditional canvases to garments and sneakers—blurring the line between fine art and everyday expression. Raised in the Koreatown neighborhood, Oscar draws from the textures, colors, and layered cultural narratives of his environment to build visual stories that reflect the surreal and poetic qualities of city life. Whether working in oil, ink, or textile, his practice explores themes of memory, identity, and youth, offering a deeply personal yet universally resonant look at what it means to grow up in a place like LA.
