BOBBIE’S BOOT CAMP

Want to get fit while having fun?! This is a FUN, effective, group fitness class, which includes cardio and agility drills, strength training at stations in a circuit utilizing various fitness tools (TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, etc), core/abdominal work, group fun exercises, and partner exercises. There is NO YELLING in this boot camp… just a fun and friendly environment while you burn calories! FEMALES ONLY.

We will be working out outdoors on my huge deck and in my gym. In inclement weather, the workout will be indoors. The fee is $25 per person per class.. cash only. If you would like to join, please mark “going” in this event, so I can keep an accurate head count.... space is limited! Let’s get fit!!
