Long Beach Legacy Triathlon, Owned And Operated By Supertri, Returns July 20

Supertri the global leader in short course triathlon presents the return of the much anticipated Long Beach Legacy Triathlon set to take place Sunday July 20th. Known for its accessibility for first timers to seasoned veterans the Long Beach Legacy Triathlon has an experience for everyone. With the ability to participate alone or as a relay team the weekend of events will include a Sprint Distance Olympic Distance Corporate Challenge or Kids Splash & Dash. 

This year Supertri will honor the firefighters of the Los Angeles area by offering all firefighters free race entries to the Triathlon as a gesture of gratitude for their heroic efforts in combating forest fires earlier this year. 

In addition to free race entries firefighters can also take advantage of a complimentary "First Timer’s" program for guidance in their first triathlon. Top male and female firefighters will be honored at the concluding awards ceremony. Firefighter organizations also can set up complimentary expo booths to connect with the community and Supertri welcomes integrating firefighter bands color guards or other groups into Sunday's race. This year's triathlon will again benefit the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles (CHLA) supporting its Pediatric Cancer Research Program. The Long Beach Triathlon’s Corporate Challenge unites teams from the entertainment industry and Fortune 500 companies in a competitive yet fun event to raise funds for CHLA.
