Wholesaling Masterclass: Learn How to Start in Real Estate Without Flipping or Being an Agent

We’ll also introduce you to some creative finance strategies that can help you do even more deals than the average wholesaler, and open up different ways to invest for yourself too.

About Your Hosts:
🏡 Gabrielle Simmons — A Colorado native who started wholesaling in 2020 while still working full-time as a truck driver. Since then, she’s closed over 80 deals working with investors, landlords, and flippers — and kept a few properties herself for rentals along the way. (Gabrielle is not a real estate agent — just someone who jumped in, figured it out, and wants to help others do the same.)

🏡 Jordan Correy — Also from Colorado, Jordan has a strong background in virtual wholesaling deals across the country, and he’s passionate about using creative strategies to build long-term wealth, not just quick flips. His approach is all about making real estate work for you, not the other way around. Jordan leads the Real Estate Dealmakers Wholesaling division and is a powerhouse in helping wholesalers within our community close deals.
