Take a moment to pause, connect, and nurture yourself in our cosy autumnal circle. Led by Heidi Glowthorpe, this evening is all about self love, connection and learning from each other… perfect for those who haven’t experienced a Women’s Circle before! It’s a warm and inviting space to unwind, reflect and connect with other amazing women.

💬 How it works:
Together, we’ll share stories, enjoy gentle sound healing, journaling prompts and guided reflections. There will be time to chat, connect and meet new friends in a welcoming, supportive space. Whether you want to relax, reflect, or just soak up the positive vibes, this circle is for you.

🍵 Tea to sip and savour
🍫 A bar of Tony’s Chocolonely each + additional snacks
🌸 A warm welcome and safe space for sharing, journaling, and connection
💛 Guidance and facilitation by Heidi Glowthorpe

🕡 6:30pm – Arrivals, welcome & tea
🌿 7:00 – 8:00pm – Women’s Circle: connection, self love exercises, journaling & sharing
🎶 8:00 – 8:30pm – Sound healing & reflective time
☕ 8:30 – 9:00pm – Chat, snacks, mingling and connection

When you arrive, please ring the intercom to the left-hand side of the door using the little bell symbol. Once buzzed in, head up the stairs where you’ll find us!

Accessibility:
Unfortunately, the venue isn’t wheelchair accessible due to stairs. Please get in touch with any questions or concerns - we’re happy to help!
