Third Culture Kid Workshop & Coffee

Join us for a cozy Arab coffee/ brunch and mini-workshop at Aram - a new arab cafe at Somerset House, where we’ll explore identity, self-narratives, and the third culture kid experience.

As third culture kids, we’re shaped by many layers - family, culture, community, and the places we’ve called home. Some parts of that mix feel deeply ours, while others we may have outgrown. This workshop is about making space to honour those influences while choosing, with intention, the beliefs and narratives we want to carry forward.

In this workshop, we’ll:

• Map the different spheres of your life (career, family, culture, relationships, health…) and uncover who/what has shaped them.
• Spot the difference between what’s self-led (energising, authentic) vs. should-led (inherited, draining).
• Run a belief audit using Keep / K*ll / Tweak - deciding which narratives you want to reinforce, release, or reshape.
• Exchange reflections and insights in group conversation

By the end, you’ll walk away with clarity on which stories are truly yours and the freedom to start rewriting the rest.
