Most will not immediately recognize our August guest, John Erb. However, if you are out and about in London Canada, you have perhaps seen his Ten Foot Joint or his Yellow Submarine at one of our many street festivals. John is one in a long line of "outsiders" that use their art to draw attention to a cause or simply to spread Joy. Is making people say "WTF?" a form of Joy? None other than Bob Rae made the observation of Erb, "You come from a long line of shit disturbers." Really, there's not a better endorsement than that.
Howie Zowie (aka Howie Kittleson) will be making the best kind of artful noise with one of his regular partners in Zen, guitarist Paul Aitken, both collaborators at Prism Tape Philosophy & The Astral Jams. Did you know that Howie is also a writer? You are in for a treat as he shares a reading from his upcoming book, "My Life is Based on a True Story: A Memoir" with us.
