• A pre-session health questionnaire so Jess and Sophie can get a full picture of your background and goals
• A 30-minute in-person consultation with both Jess and Sophie, where you’ll talk through what’s going on and ask anything you’d like clarity on
• A personalised 30 minute acupuncture treatment to support fertility, reduce stress, and restore balance
• A tailored nutrition consultation to fine-tune your diet and support hormonal health
• A 10% discount on your next session with either practitioner
