The Embodied Feminine

The Embodied Feminine is a wild space for women to awaken and deepen their embodied aliveness and experience of pleasure in the feminine body. To reveal the depth of who they are. And unveil the layers that hold them back.

Through guided embodied movement, sensual somatic practices, free dance, improvisation, touch and intimate sharing we practice being in a conscious relationship to our experience and expand our capacity to hold more of it in our body..

We practice dropping a level deeper, below the surface of the body, beyond the conditioned and the performative, and into the nuanced, the subtle, the spacious, slower and denser; those untamed and unrestrained, deeply alive parts of yourselves.
Savouring each feeling and each sensations, guided by our inner rhythm, our inner pulse, we meet ourselves where we are, moment by moment, fearlessly embracing the full intimacy with our experience.

The Embodied Feminine invites you to a space of radical self-love and radical self-responsibility,

Every part of you is welcome; bring your Truth not your Perfection.

You will be guided to track and listen to your own inner teacher: your body’s inherent and infinite aliveness and intelligence.

The workshop is open to women of all ages and levels of experience to create a deeply transformative container.

Wear comfortable clothes to move in, bring a pen and a notebook and most importantly curiosity, openness and playfulness.

We are meeting at a gorgeous venue in Clapham Common, London to unfurl and unravel in our embodied express.
