And unveil the layers that hold them back.IN REVERENCE TO EROS,surendering to the guiding wisdom of our bodies, we become an Invitation for life to enter us fully.We practice dropping a level deeper, below the surface of the body, beyond the conditioned and the performative, and into the nuanced, the subtle, the spacious, slower and denser; those untamed and unrestrained, deeply alive parts of yourselves.Savouring each feeling and each sensations, guided by our inner rhythm, our inner pulse, we meet ourselves where we are, moment by moment, fearlessly embracing the full intimacy with our experience.WE LET OUR HEARTS CRACK OPENover and over..Through guided embodied movement, sensual somatic practices, free dance, improvisation, touch and intimate sharing we practice being in a conscious relationship to our experience and expand our capacity to hold more of it in our body.We hold space for each other to be witnessed in our power and in vulnerability.
