The Elephant Man

Join us for our tribute to one of cinema's most visionary filmmakers, David Lynch, who sadly passed away earlier this year. To showcase his talents, we are screening one of his most critically acclaimed films, The Elephant Man, at the Woodfield Pavilion.

Did you know that the subject of the film, Joseph Merrick, has a Streatham connection? The British Home (one of our screening venues) was asked if they could admit him, but declined as it felt it couldn't care for him on a long term basis.

Outstanding performances by John Hurt and Anthony Hopkins, combined with Lynch's emotive direction, will leave the story with you for days to come.

Bar open for drinks and snacks throughout. Money raised will go to support the Woodfield
