Tax Treble: A Musician's Guide to Taxes

Our guest speaker, Eric Mohr, will be discussing tips for good record keeping, common misconceptions regarding tax deductions (including auto and travel), how to report performance income and union dues, HST, paying tax in installments and so much more!

Eric Mohr studied bassoon at the Don Wright Faculty of Music before becoming an accountant at Famme and Co. He currently works actively as an organist in town. He has first hand knowledge of our needs as musicians and Maple and Spruce Music Academy is excited to present this opportunity for our colleagues in London and across Canada to learn from him.

Whether you have yet to file your 2024 taxes or if the pain is fresh and you're looking to get into better habits for next year, this seminar is sure to be informative and helpful.
