Taking Control of Our Mental Health with Special Guest Joshua Fletcher

Nicola Bonn, host of the Outspoken Beauty Podcast and mental health advocate is joining forces with Dr Paw Paw to raise money for Young Minds and to open the conversation about how we can help look after our mental health and that of the people we love.

In this empowering event, Nicola will be joined by best-selling author, psychotherapist and anxiety specialist Anxiety Josh, a representative from Young Minds and the incredible Fabulous Pharmacist Laura Dowling to have a conversation about the current mental health crisis and how we can take control of it so that we all have better mental health and don't feel alone.

From every day mental health tools, the power of talking and what to do when things get hard, the panel will be brimming with techniques and information as well as real life stories and a focus on the younger generations.

Everyone has mental health but many of us don't know how to look after it. Shame still exists as does misinformation. This is a chance to offer education, empowerment and guidance at a time when access to mental health services is harder than ever.
