Welcome to FEA Tabletop Trends Live. Taking place on the 24th and 25th March 2026 at Capital City College London (formerly Westminster Kingsway College), Tabletop Trends Live will give you the opportunity to get up close and personal with the latest trends and newest tabletop products showcased by some of the UK’s biggest innovators in the sector.

Join us for a two-day show filled with cutting-edge tabletop equipment products and innovative ideas from some of the hospitality the sector's biggest brands. Join us for free and network with fellow enthusiasts and experts in a vibrant setting whilst taking in all the latest trends in the market.

The Vincent Rooms, Capital City College

Delegates will be able to indulge in elegance and sophistication at The Vincent Rooms. This art-deco, award winning venue is a perfect setting for taking in the latest trends in tabletop innovation.

Capital City College London, Westminster campus, is home to the award-winning School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality and is a is a short walk from Victoria and St. James’s Park underground stations.

Event structure

Each of the two days is split into two sessions; morning and afternoon.

Morning session

• 08:30 - doors open. A selection of tea, coffee, and pastries will be served.
• 09:00 - show begins.
• 13:00 - morning session ends.

Lunch

• 12:00 - 14:00 - everyone is welcome.

Afternoon session

• 13:00 - afternoon session begins.
• 17:00 - afternoon session close.

Evening session - Tuesday 23rd March

On Tuesday March 23rd we will also be hosting an evening session. This event requires registration.

• 17:00 - evening session begins.
• 19:00 - event close.
