Sunday Sessions are back in Dalston!
Happy to be bringing back Sunday sessions from March 8th - 4pm to 6pm. Come and wind down from the week just gone, or get ready for the week ahead. We will start with breathwork, move onto a yin practice and then finish with a sound bath.
There are just 10 spaces available so book early to get a spot and leave the rest to me!
