Join me for a peaceful two-hour gathering by the river—a time to slow down, relax, release, and feel renewed.

Through guided meditation and an interactive, self-reflective practice, we’ll gently explore where we feel blocked—with curiosity—and create space for greater clarity, peace, and connection to our true essence.

Then enjoy a fun, creative activity—making something infused with positive energy. It will serve as a personal reminder of your intention, something you can carry with you wherever life takes you.

And enjoy tea and some tasty treats!
