Spring Equinox is a moment of natural balance — where the winter slowly gives way to new growth.

In this Sound Bath, I invite you to gently awaken with the season.
To come back into your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm — without pressure, without rushing.

This is a time when the light slowly returns, and with it our energy, clarity, and willingness to open again.
Not by forcing change, but by allowing what is ready to move to do so in its own time.

Through sound, vibration, and stillness, we’ll connect with the qualities of Spring — balance, renewal, and gentle awakening.
A space to feel where you are now, to restore harmony within, and to support what wants to grow in you this season.

Let this Equinox be a soft reset.
A moment to realign.
A place to land before you take your next steps.

We will begin with a Drum Journey, followed by the powerful vibrations of the Mars Gong and conclude with the soothing Angelic Frequencies and Crystal Singing Bowls. This journey is designed to clear stagnant energy, open new pathways, and bring deep relaxation and transformation.

We would also have some tea and snacks after the Sound Bath, you are welcome to stay around to chat and get to know each other, and to make this session special for us.

At this session, you will experience the profound benefits of sound healing and guided meditation. The vibrations of the Gong penetrate deep into the body, helping to release unexpressed emotions and energy blockages. Allowing the Gong’s frequency to travel through these spaces unravels tension, promotes balance, and invites peace.

We will also work with instruments such as:

🚗 Parking: Free parking available outside the venue
⏰ Time: 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM (Arrival from 7:15 PM)

Doors close at 7:30 PM to avoid disruptions. Please arrive on time and check your journey in advance. No alcohol before the event.

🧘‍♀️ Wear comfortable clothing – You’ll be lying down for almost an hour, so dress warmly or in layers.
💧 Bring water – Hydration supports energy flow before and after the session.
🛏️ Your own setup – Yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, cushion, eye mask or pashmina to create your personal healing space. (Note: I don’t provide these items at the venue.)

Minimum age: 18+ (Children from age 7 can attend with an adult - please let me know before booking if this is their first time, or if you have already brought children to our sessions, in which case you are welcome back).

🔹 Healing Process: This session may bring up old emotional layers for release. Trust the process and allow yourself to integrate the healing.

🔹 Health Considerations: If you have previous injuries, surgeries, chronic illnesses, or are pregnant (first trimester), please consult with me before attending.

🔹 Contraindications: This session is not recommended for individuals with claustrophobia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, extreme sound sensitivity, epilepsy, seizure disorders, uncontrolled arrhythmias, recent heart attacks, or very recent surgeries, broken bones and vertigo.

Due to limited capacity, refunds are not available. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else—just let me know in advance. (Eventbrite fees are non-transferable.)
