What to bring: You need to be as comfortable as possible! There will be base yoga mats provided, but you can bring your own yoga, sports mat or garden chair cushion to lie on for extra padding. Blankets and cushions will be provided, but please bring along anything else you might need for your head and/or the back of your knees, and maybe an eye pillow.

What to expect: Sound baths are all about relaxation.
Your sound bath experience starts with you getting comfortable lying on the floor. (There are chairs for those who would prefer to be seated.) All that’s needed from you is an open mind, and a willingness to be there and experience the sound. Just relax and let go!
Who can attend: Sound baths are for everyone, no matter your age or stage of life.
What are the benefits?: The benefits of sound baths may include stress reduction, improved sleep, heightened self-awareness, enhanced mood, and a sense of overall wellbeing. Some people also report reduced anxiety and increased mindfulness as a result of regular sound bath practice. Being in a relaxed sate can also help to reduce pain. Overall sound baths can improve both emotional and physical states.
* There will be a consent form to sign at the event, but please contact me before the session if you have a pacemaker, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy or have metal plates fitted
About me:
Hi, I’m Alison at Resonance healing Sounds, and I’m a London based sound therapist, although I do travel around!
My first experience of a sound bath was transformational. I decided that I needed to
know more, and so I trained with the British Academy of Sound Healing, and Gong Master Training.
For the last three years I have given sound relaxation sessions in London and around the UK, where I play therapeutic instruments – such as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls – to give you the opportunity to begin to restore physical and emotional balance.
