Sip & Stitch: An Evening of Coffee and Repairs

Discover the beautiful Japanese technique of visible mending, learning how to repair or personalise your worn denim, linen, or cotton pieces with care and intention. If you don’t have your own garment to work on, you can practice on a sample from Finisterre.

Hosted at La Marzocco House in London with Origin Coffee, the evening includes:

1. A welcome drink and cold refreshments
2. Hands-on home espresso demos with La Marzocco, on the Linea Mini and Linea Micra.
3. An espresso martini-making session with Origin’s expert baristas.
4. A hands-on sashiko workshop led by Finisterre’s Lived & Loved team, who will provide all tools, materials, and expert guidance.
5. Take home repair instruction guides in a limited edition accessory bag, alongside some free coffee to brew at home.

Gather around a shared table to celebrate handcraft in three forms: coffee, clothing, and community. Come solo or bring a friend, and leave with new skills, and something stitched with intention.

This event is also a unique collaboration blending two passionate communities. Coffee has a magnetic pull that brings people together.
