Every part of the coffee plant has value. In this workshop, we’ll examine how coffee is more than just a beverage—it functions as an ecosystem, a livelihood, and a regenerative force. Participants will have the opportunity to taste coffee leaf tea, a hybrid cascara, and 18 different coffees representing a range of species and processing methods.
