Join us for a life-saving opportunity at Lampton Leisure during Drowning Prevention Week, where we’ll be hosting Save a Life Workshops – friendly, hands-on 45-minute sessions that teach the essential skills to help save a life.

Workshop Dates & Locations:

• Hanworth Air Park (HAP): Held in the Crèche (Sunday 15th of June)
• Heston Pools & Fitness (HPC): Held in the Café (Monday 16th of June)
• Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre (BFLC): Held in the Crèche (Tuesday 17th of June)
• New Chiswick Pool (NCP): Held at Reception (Wednesday 18th of June)
• Isleworth Leisure Centre (ILC): Held in the Café (Friday 20th of June)

👥 Spaces: Limited to 12 per session
🧒 Ages: All ages welcome

Led by our brilliant instructor Charlie, these sessions cover vital CPR skills and how to respond to choking incidents, with techniques tailored for babies, children, and adults. They’re informal, supportive, and potentially life-saving.

We often hear real-life stories from past attendees who’ve used these skills in emergencies. This is your chance to learn how to stay calm, act fast, and truly make a difference.
