All-Level Group RESET sessions are dynamic, wild expressive, and suitable for all abilities, focusing on flow, connection, and release.

All-level Group RESET is a somatic-sound-driven movement method that supports participants in finding autonomy over when and how they move. Alongside its expressive and relational qualities, it is extremely joyful as it nurtures nervous system regulation and healing through dance.

RESET welcomes everyone: newcomers, returning movers, and professionals seeking to expand their improvisation skills. It offers a supportive space for imagination, intensity, and embodied exploration.

Meet the teacher:

Galit Criden has been a choreographer and somatic movement practitioner for the last 17 years. She works with Trauma-informed facilitation and holds a Dancing for Parkinson’s qualification from People Dancing UK. Galit also studies Polyvagal Theory and embodiment.
