Kaya a london based yoga teacher invites you to slow down and listen to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm. Having trained in Rishikesh, India she brings depth and authencity of traditional yoga to the western society. Helping you feel safe, grounded, and connected throughout. She teaches a foundation in Hatha yoga, combining its mindful, traditional approach with elements of Vinyasa flow and modern sequencing.
