Info: Learn how to mentalize so that you can decode and translate what your loved one is trying to tell you. Begin with Noticing and naming what you sense or see, check in by asking questions and verifying, with humility, if you are on the same page. Clarifying intentions and explaining your perspective can increase trust, decrease shame and create connection. Mentalization will show you how to predict reactions, avoid triggers and repair relationships. This workshop will empower you to help effectively.
