Re-Connect London: A Cacao Ceremony for Wellbeing

Life is busy, and many of us feel pulled in a thousand directions. Re-Connect is your opportunity to slow down, tune into your inner voice, and find a sense of peace and clarity through a guided cacao ceremony and meditation.

Nicola Joy will gently guide you through a journey using the heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao, sound healing, and meditation. Whether you're new to this kind of work or returning to deepen your practice, this space is here to help you reconnect – with yourself, with nature, and with others.

• Ceremonial Cacao – prepared with intention to support emotional release and grounding
• Guided Meditation – a calming inner journey, helping to clear stress and mental noise
• Sound Bath – using instruments and sound for deep relaxation and energy healing
• Gentle Sharing Circle – optional space to reflect and connect at the end of the session

• A journal and pen to note any reflections after the meditation
• A bottle of water to stay hydrated
• Comfortable clothing (layers are great – your temperature may drop when resting)

• Not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Please let us know about any allergies or medical conditions when booking
• Light refreshments will be available after the session
