Pop Pilates Princess Party

Featuring a 1-hour Partner Mat Pilates session designed to strengthen, stretch, and connect you with your workout partner! We will then have a bracelet workshop designing beaded bracelets with each other, renew our bodies with a sauna and cold plunge session, then refuel with fresh sandwiches and smoothies, all in a calm, supportive space that celebrates everybody. After the workout, stay to relax, connect, and enjoy community time together.

Mats, beading supplies, and towels provided.

All levels are welcome: no prior experience needed. Come solo, bring a friend, or make new ones. You don’t need to be “fit” or “flexy”, just bring your curiosity and cute outfit.
