Linda is a qualified nutritional therapist, plant-based chef, and founder of The Green Nut. With a background in community health and a passion for food as medicine, she has spent years helping individuals and groups improve their wellbeing through practical, sustainable lifestyle changes.
Combining evidence-based nutrition with the joy of cooking, Linda’s mission is to empower people to feel happier and healthier through a plant-based approach that’s accessible, inclusive, and deeply nourishing. Whether she's running workshops, cooking classes, or one-to-one sessions, her goal is always the same: to make healthy living simple, delicious, and connected to nature and community.

Kamila is originally from the Czech Republic, a BASI (Body Arts Science International) Mat and Comprehensive teacher trained instructor, including specialising in Scoliosis. She was also trained by Rachel Rafiefar, a leading authority on prenatal and postnatal Pilates.
Kamila has over 15 years of teaching experience and is noted for her attention to detail when preparing classes, resulting in tailor-made programmes for individuals and groups. Her varied sessions and sympathetic approach have resulted in many longstanding loyal clients who can vouch for her professionalism and clear communication when teaching all levels and abilities.
