Filmed in the striking Scottish Highlands (Lickelyhead Castle, Aberdeenshire) , Regal intertwines its dramatic structure with three original folk ballads that serve as emotional anchors for the story, enriching its atmosphere without overshadowing the character-led drama. It’s a daring fusion of film and music, designed to spotlight performance in its purest form.

The cast features a dynamic mix of established actors with credits in Bridgerton, Wicked, and West End stages, alongside emerging talent you’ll want to keep on your radar.
