Amid the rush and noise of the festive season, this gentle workshop offers a chance to slow Learn how to fill your own cup — so you can give from fullness, not fatigue

You’ll be guided through simple, restorative practices grounded in the understanding of Mind, Thought, and Consciousness (the Three Principles) — helping you see that wellbeing is never lost, only covered by busy thinking.
