Parent Meet Up

Join Mariella for a relaxed and uplifting afternoon dedicated to all parents, whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or deep in the toddler years. ​

We’ll start with a short, gentle yoga session to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and practice as a family. ​ While you chat, listen, and connect, your little ones can enjoy our crafts corner, a playful space for creativity and fun. ​

This event is all about slowing down, meeting other parents, sharing experiences, and celebrating the journey you’re on.

Come as you are, bring your baby or toddler if you like, and spend an afternoon surrounded by community, compassion, and laughter. ​
