Why You’ll Love It
Celebrate Mother’s Day early by sharing quality time (and a few punches & blocks!) with your child. Our instructors will guide easy, playful Kung Fu drills designed for all fitness levels. Expect giggles, teamwork, and a great mid‑week energy boost.

When & Who
• Friday, May 9 @ 6:45 pm – Older Kids class (ages 8‑12)
Open to current students and newcomers. Dad or another caregiver may participate if Mum can’t attend.

What to Bring
• Comfortable workout clothing
• Socks or bare feet (no outdoor shoes on the mats)
• Water bottle (refills available)
• Small towel (optional)

Good‑to‑Know
• Free for everyone
• Mums who are not current students must register online & sign our digital waiver before class
• Please let us know about any health considerations when you RSVP
