MENS CIRCLE - A men's circle is a space where men can come together to share, listen, and support each other in a safe and non-judgmental environment. The rules are guidelines, designed to foster trust, respect, and open communication:

1. Confidentiality is important so we feel safe to share openly, without fear or judgement - What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.

2. Listen with Respect, Allow Space for others to share and be Non-Judgmental

3. Speak with authenticity, your truth and your feelings if possible – Speak from the Heart Not the Head

4. Only One Person Speaks at a Time – you will be invited to speak, raise your hand or a talking stick will be physically/virtually handed round

5. Actively Listen without Interrupting and give your undivided Attention to others

6. Be Brief and Focused staying on topic, so conversations can flow

7. No Fixing or Giving Advice (Unless Asked)

8. Respect Boundaries if others don’t want to share or disclose anything that they are uncomfortable with

9. Allow Space for Silence

10. Support each other, its not about comparing or competition

11. Be Accountable for your own words, actions or promises made

12. Embrace Diversity

13. We like to encourage and support a sober environment of No Alcohol or Drugs

14. Participation and sharing is Voluntary so its okay to be silent

15. Gratitude is usually used at the beginning or end of each session

These guidelines can help create a foundation for a meaningful and supportive men's circle. The overall goal is to cultivate a space for emotional growth, mutual respect, and healing through connection with other men.

CACAO CEREMONY - HEART OPENING CEREMONY TO MEET MAMA CACAO:

We start with a Gratitude check-in and Meditation. We then set our intention and drink the Cacao Elixir followed by a Drumming Journey to meet Mama Cacao. Ending with any shares and a "Mama Cacao Goddess" oracle card reading.

SOUNDBATH - A JOURNEY OF SOUND WITH GUIDED MEDITATIONS:
