I'm Sarah Cooper, mum of two tornadoes of joy and destruction, leopard print, bright lycra, travel and running obsessed.

I've spent 20 years in film and TV production and 10 years alongside that building an online health and wellness business selling nutrition and skincare products globally. This is where I learnt how to sell (and I LOVE it!), but until the world went in to lockdown in 2020, with a newborn and a nearly 3 year old (yikes), I had never figured out how to make social media work for me or my business.

I'd been pouring far too much of myself in to Instagram and Facebook for far too long; getting crumbs in return.

So when I saw an ad from a Linkedin Coach promising to show me how to generate leads for my business on Linkedin - with some serious doubts, but with time on my hands and no better ideas - I went all in.

And oh. my. goodness did it change my life and my business.

I became LinkedIn obsessed so I decided I needed to start sharing it with other ambitious women in business like YOU.

And now - since January, using Linkedin as my main social medial channel, I've:

• Run 2 masterclasses with a total of 135 people across the 2
• Had 12 new clients join me in my first paid group coaching program in February
