Grief In Public

For the first time in London, we have designed a "Grief-in-Public Day" event just for you!

On Sunday, April 27th, alongside our colleagues in the
U.S., we invite you to drop by Springbank Park anytime between 1:00pm and 4:00pm, to take part in various activities to name, express, talk about and reflect upon the grief you are carrying. It's an inviting outdoor space to be held for a few minutes, to be seen within your grief, to share encouraging words, perhaps a little laughter, and to take comfort and encouragement home with you. There will also be opportunity to sit quietly with one of our team if you'd like to share your experience in more depth.

Activities are designed for all ages, and all forms of grief.
