Do you or your teen long for a place to pause, breathe, and simply be — where sound soothes the senses, and nervous system overwhelm melts into calm?
You are warmly invited to a gentle Gong Bath, thoughtfully designed for special needs, neurodiverse, autistic and all in between young people aged 14+, and their carers. Whether you're navigating sensory processing challenges, emotional stress, or simply need a break from the demands of everyday life, this is your space to exhale and be held in sound.
🌟 What is a Gong Bath?
A gong bath is a therapeutic sound experience. You lie down (or sit — however you’re most comfortable) while the soothing vibrations of the gong wash over you, calming the mind and inviting emotional release, stillness, and self-regulation.

Sound healing is safe and effective, however, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please check it is safe for you to attend:
