Flow Practice & Picnic

This will be a picnic & practice for those of us whom enjoy playing with flow arts (poi, fans, staff, hula hoop, juggling, acro yoga, etc). No experience is required. You don't even have to spin, though participation is encouraged.

Bring- Snacks, drinks, sunscreen and something to spin.
