Finding Balance – Spring Equinox Celebration

As the wheel of the year turns, we arrive at the sacred still point — the Spring Equinox, The time of equal light and dark.

It’s a moment between worlds, when darkness and light meet in perfect harmony, inviting us to release, renew, and rise into a higher frequency!

On March 22nd, we gather in community to honour this turning of the seasons — to celebrate the warmth returning and to align our energy with the powerful cosmic shift unfolding all around us.

Through somatic movement, we’ll awaken the body’s natural flow, shaking off stagnant energy and reconnecting with the wisdom stored in our cells. Conscious breathwork will guide us deeper into presence, expanding our capacity to receive light and life.

Our meditation and kundalini kriya will open the channels of energy that link us to Source — balancing the nervous system, igniting inner fire, and activating higher states of awareness.

And finally, you’ll be bathed in the frequencies of a deeply restorative sound journey, harmonising your vibration with the Earth’s solstice resonance.

This is a sacred invitation to pause, reflect, and reset.
