Join East London Art Prize shortlisted artist Kuda Mushangi and Marianne Shillingford, Creative Director at Dulux, for a talk on how they interpret colour differently, exploring the transformative power of colour in creating the environment and the influence it has on how we navigate the world around us.
Following the conversation, Kuda and Marianne will host a practical, hands-on skills workshop experimenting with a spectrum of new colours. You will have a chance to invent and name your own bespoke colour palette, as well as paint some unique artworks, bringing together the wealth of creativity in the room in a splash of colour and vibrancy.
This is a hands-on and interactive session, so be prepared to get stuck in! All materials and equipment are provided.
Please note, there will be photography taken at this event for Bow Arts and Dulux’s internal reporting and for sharing in print and on social media.
This event will be held at out outdoor courtyard (we have sheltered areas if the weather isn’t on our side!) at our main offices at Bow Arts Trust, 183 Bow Road, London, E3 2SJ.
This event is curated by Wan Yi Sandra Lam, Curator: Programmes & Engagement at Bow Arts.
Free Tickets must be booked to guarantee your place!
